Property description

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a stunning hallway with grand stairs and stylish lighting. This leads to an open, bright space with a lounge, dining area, kitchen, handy utility room, and a cozy snug or playroom.

The kitchen has a large oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, and various kitchen gadgets. There's also a spacious dining table that comfortably seats 10 for meals.

The snug is where the fun happens. It's packed with entertainment, featuring a 50' UHD 4K TV with streaming options like Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, and more. You'll also find a Blu-ray player, a vast collection of movies, a plethora of board games and puzzles for all ages, a selection of great books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a pool/snooker table that can transform into an air-hockey table.

On the ground floor, you'll discover 2 bedrooms. The first is a spacious master bedroom with a super king bed, a writing table, and a private bathroom with twin washbasins, a walk-in shower, a separate bath, and a heated towel rail. The 2nd bedroom offers two single beds, which can be joined to make a double if needed, a writing table, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The house is well-connected with high-speed fibre optic internet and equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms. 1 bedroom has two single beds (or a double option), a spacious balcony with outdoor seating, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower and heated towel rail. 1 bedroom is another master bedroom with a super king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and a lovely balcony overlooking the rear gardens and the pool. 1 bedroom features a super king bed and a special balcony with great views of the mountains, perfect for sunset-watching. It also has an en-suite bathroom, bath/shower, and heated towel rail.

All bedrooms come with their own bathroom, blackout blinds, mosquito nets on the windows, and plenty of storage in built-in wardrobes, cabinets, and drawers. 2 of the master bedrooms have a discreetly mounted safe in the wardrobe.

Outside the back garden, there's a generous 15-metre saltwater heated pool, large enough for kids and adults to enjoy without feeling crowded. It also comes with an electric cover for safety. In the southeast corner, you'll find a relaxing Bali bed and hammock area surrounded by exotic tropical plants – a perfect spot to unwind in the afternoons while enjoying the sunset over the mountains.
