Things to know
- Although the villa is a 15-minute stroll to the town centre, we recommend a car for small errands and trips to the local beaches
- The main living room is quite small and has seating for 4, dining area is for 6, outside dining for 8 and sun loungers for 6
- You will be in one of the best locations in Port de Pollença, if you book for the peak season there will be a lively atmosphere
- The property has limited English television channels
- All the bedrooms have single beds(90 cm x 190 cms)
Villa Holland is a great family villa located along the seafront in Port de Pollença. The property boasts stunning undisturbed views of the beach and sea, making it the perfect destination for your holiday.
The villa can accurately be described as 2 units brought into 1, as the property is divided across 6 in the main house and a further 4 in the upper, independent apartment above, connected by a staircase inside.
Upon entering the villa through the gates, you will be greeted by a private courtyard. The open terrace, equipped with a ping pong table and stairs leading to the upper terrace, is ideal for relaxing.
The main entrance opens to a bright open-plan living area for 4 with large patio doors, allowing natural light to flood in.
The living room has soft seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and WiFi.
The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
The dining area features stylish table and chairs for 6, and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. In addition, there are workspaces and a utility room with a fridge, freezer and washing machine.
There are 3 en suite twin bedrooms on the ground floor, with the first bedroom having 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom, perfect for families, features 3 single beds, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom comprises 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite walk-in shower.
The upper level of the villa features 2 twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, as well as a second fully equipped kitchen with a living area.
Stepping out onto upper the terrace, you will be greeted by uninterrupted views of the beach and sea.
The compact rear area of Villa Holland features a swimming pool (6m x 4m), a few sun loungers (6), a large covered terrace, and an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6, along with an independent barbecue for al fresco dining. There is also an external shower room with a shower, toilet.
To the side of the villa, close to the parking area, stairs lead to the sun terrace which also has access to the upper floor and offers stunning views of the sea. Uninterrupted views of the bay can be enjoyed while relaxing under the warm Mallorcan sun.
The amenities of Puerto Pollensa are all within easy walking distance, making Villa Holland an ideal destination for your holiday.
