Property description

Seafront apartment in Puerto Pollensa with stunning views of the Pollensa Bay. Can Sivella is an ideal apartment for 2 guests looking for a centrally located accommodation to enjoy their holiday in north Mallorca.

The apartment, which is 54m2, is very well appointed with an optimised layout. The terrace is a particular highlight with both a sofa area and dining table where you can enjoy the lovely views out across the beach and Mediterranean Sea. We highly recommend watching the sunrise from the terrace while you have breakfast, even if it does mean an early alarm clock!

The main bedroom can be set up as a double or a twin and there is an additional sofa bed in the living room in case of an extra guest. The walk to the centre is just a quick 10 minutes.

Great apartment with superb views of Pollensa bay which can be especially rewarding during sun rise and sun set. Convenient location for visiting restaurants and shops, whilst being far enough out of the centre to retain a quiet position. We foundaccess from the front of the building, adjacent to the Pharmacy, to be the most convenient, the rear access for cars. We would recommend instructions to show these two options for new visitors. Support from the Prestige Villas staff was, as always, brilliant, helping with any questions we had. A small problem with the tv was very quickly sorted out. The generous and quality welcome pack was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the Sol & Mar restaurant. It serves good food at reasonable prices and is close by on Cara del bot. Highly recommended apartment run by a great team.
