Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

The apartment is wonderful. It was clean and tidy and we appreciated the food and wine gifted for us. It is well fitted out with a lot of equipment, plus all cleaning supplies and lots of little things to make you feel at home and instantly welcome. The balcony has a lovely view of the sea. The pinewalk into town and the sea are 100 metres away and we swam most days and walked into own regularly. The area is quiet and on the edge of town, which suited us completely. It is not full of restaurants or coffee shops but we liked The Store and the full amenities of the town are only 15 minutes away. We will go back again and will be disappointed if we cannot get this apartment then.

Great location near to the pine walk and small beaches. Nice, quiet apartment on the third floor. Well equipped kitchen with a few extra items such as beach towels and beach chairs available to use. Great for families! Showers could do with a refresh.

I was there with my family and it was an amazing location, apartment and a place. Just next to the beach, beautiful walk and very good restaurants and shops. The hosts are extremely nice and responsive and are accommodating if necessary. The apartment itself is in a very quiet location, very convenient and clean and has everything one needs inside to feel right at home. I would recommend this place and already planning to return!

Lovely quiet location at the end of the pine walk. Well equipped apartment and ideal for a family with young children.While in a quiet location it did feel it was quite a walk into the centre of the town.

Wir haben uns im Apartment wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach einem etwa 20 minütigen Spaziergang auf dem wunderschönen Pinewalk ist man an der Promenade. Das Apartment ist exzellent ausgestattet, es erwartet einen sogar ein prall gefüllter Korb mit Leckereien. Im Kühlschrank waren auch Wasser und Milch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great holiday! The apartment is in a lovely and quiet area of Pto Pollensa, just at the end of the Pine Walk. The place was well equipped with all the essentials, towels for the beach, beach chairs, kitchen utensils and really useful things like washing powder for dishwasher and w/machine, sugar, salt, tea bags, coffee pods, and a lovely welcome pack, bathroom essential toiletries, etc. Everything was easy to use. The apartment was clean and the halfway week cleaning service a plus. The only negative thing of this apartment is that the bathrooms are a bit dated, although in good working order and clean.

everything was amazing! the apartment is very cozy, with lots of extra stuff like beach sunbeds, beach towels, shampoo and gel, hairdryer and even hair tray! in the kitchen you can find everything - several varieties of toasters and coffee cars, a lot of crockery and of course special thanks for the chic and delicious gift! 💗💗💗💗 we are delighted, it was definitely worth it!10/10/10/10/10

We had such a wonderful holiday at the apartment for two weeks. Everything was perfect and we had all we needed to make our holiday wonderful. The apartment is tucked away just off the pine walk, which is a lovely part of Port de Pollenca. It is very quiet and peaceful at the apartment and we all slept so well. The apartment is also just a few minutes walk to the beach (there are lots of little areas to swim and you don't need to walk far to do so). Jane and the team were so amazing at responding to any queries we had and everything was dealt with very quickly. I would love to stay here again when we are back in Mallorca and I highly recommend this apartment and area.

Our apartment was excellent, very clean and in a great location on Pine Walk. We arrived late so appreciated the welcome parcel of snacks and wine - much better quality than other, more expensive places we've rented before. There was also a visitfrom the cleaner halfway through our week-long stay. The service throughout the booking and arrival process was excellent. We will definitely book again through Prestige.
