The property is located in a lovely location in the town of Selva, a small and charming village in the Serra de Tramuntana that enjoys peace and tranquillity.
The main house has more than 270m² surface area distributed across two floors. The north-facing part of the house has lovely panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and the south face has views of the Mallorcan countryside. There are two other buildings which have been used for agricultural purposes and between them have around 400m² surface area.
The land consists of 100,000m², in which there are several historical elements such as 100 year old water wheel, an Arabic oven, as well as a great variety of fruit trees and local flora and fauna. One of the essential features of the property is a large amount of water in its wells, such a large amount that the land also has a small underground river.
The property was an important landmark in Mallorca and historically the estate, called S’Hostelet, was used as a resting place for traders who went from Inca to Pollença. Undoubtedly because of its history, location and characteristics it would be an ideal property to make an Agrotourism project or an exceptional home.
