- The home is distributed over three floors with quite a few stairs
- No parking is available directly outside the house, although you can park in streets close by
- Due to stairs and layout, it is not ideal for toddlers or guests with mobility limitations

Although the house sleeps up to 8 guests, it is most comfortable for 6.

Description
The ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious living area, and an elegant dining space. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead directly to the patio, where you’ll find an outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, sun loungers, and a small plunge pool (heatable for 250€/week).
The first floor hosts 3 ensuite bedrooms—2 twins and 1 double.
A final staircase leads to the master suite, with a large double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and a private terrace.
