Charmantes Stadthaus im Herzen von Pollensa

Best AirBnB experience I have ever had. Place was spotless and I have never felt more comfortable!

Pollenca is a beautiful town in beautiful surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at the house which was very spacious and well equipped. It was extemely peaceful and quiet, especially during the night. Everything you needed was just around the corner. We loved the little roof terrace in the mornings - a coffee, first rays of sun and warmth, a perfect start to the day.

Das Appartment liegt perfekt in der Altstadt von Pollença, nur wenige Schritte vom wunderschönen historischen Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und schönen Geschäften entfernt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Lärm durch die Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbarhaus am An- und Abreisetag. Trotzdem können wir diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Alles super, einzig das Bett war auf der einen Seite etwas weich.

We had a fantastic stay in Pollenca. The apartment is seconds away from the centre. Car park is about a 10 minute walk away but the street was quiet enough to drop bags off fairly easily. Plenty of space inside and the garage was perfect for bike storage. Communication was very good and accomodating to all requests. Thank you!

The accomodation was perfect, the location and the amenities were really good. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. As our final graduation trip, all of us really enjoyed staying in the accomodation. It felt like home. House is very close to the center. Everything was clean and communication is perfect too. We got many tips where to go.Little problem is just with parking a car, but free parking place is 5minutes from there.Absolutelly recommend to other people !!!

Wir waren rund um begeistert. Die Matratzen waren 1 A beste Qualität. Die Lage ist super. Alles in der Nähe, sowohl der Parkplatz als auch die Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation war top, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Gerne kommen wir wieder, denn Pollenca ist allgemein ein Traum. Ich bedanke mich für alles und sage erst einmal ADIOS. 💐

Good to place to stay during winter. The only thing is parking. 7 min away from house.

We loved our stay at Eu Forat. The location is central but quiet, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, there's a washer and dryer and bike storage and the staff at Prestige Villas are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended

It was our second stay in Eu Forat and it was as perfect as ever for our return stay in Pollenca. Everything you need in the villa and immaculately clean with super efficient air conditioning. Ana at Prestige Villas is so helpful if you have anyqueries. Highly recommend.

A big appartement with a lot of place for two people and a very large garage for the bicycle. It’s located in the centre of the city which is very practical for exploring the area There’s just missing a bicycle pump

We have loved this accommodation. Besides being very cute, it is super clean and has everything you need. Well located to get to know both the town of Pollença and the entire northern part of the island. It is very close to bars and restaurants butin a very quiet street. Quick response and excellent communication from the Prestige team. Welcome pack was appreciated. They allowed us to check-in early.

Very good accommodation. Clean and uncomplicated. In case of problems or questions is quickly helped, the owners are quickly and easily accessible and happy to help. The location is an absolute dream. Directly in the old town, only 50 meters fromthe famous stairs. Gladly again!

What a great place to stay! This house suited us and our bicycles perfectly - it is clean, simple, elegant well thought out and has everything that you could need. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all tasteful - everything works and the masterbedroom is a lovely, calm space. The location is wonderful - right in the centre of town, walking distance along the winding old town streets to find bars, restaurants and the central squares full of local life on the Halloween weekend.

Sehr schönes Altstadt-Reihenhaus. Zum Start waren Milch und Wasser im Kühlschrank und einige Knabbereien. Die Übergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Nach 6 Tagen gab es ein Wäschewechsel inkl. Putzen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pollensa is a charming town with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. This house is very near the 365 Calvari steps. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect.

Everything as described. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Two minutes' walk to the restaurants and bars. Prestige Villas was an excellent host. The goody bag left for our arrival was very welcome when we arrived late at night.

Excellent town centre location. Near to a great choice of restaurants and shops. Accommodation was all to an excellent standard and spotlessly clean. Web description is accurate. The garage below was a real bonus for bike storage. The only slightdown side, which is to be expected because of location, is that there is no open outlook and nowhere to sit outside, other than surrounded by four high walls.

Recently renovated townhouse - modern and contemporary feel. Excellent location, in the heart of Pollensa. Only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Storage facilities for bikes.

Super Lage keine 3 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr netter Empfang durch viele kleine Köstlichkeiten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung 100%ig weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely stay. The property has a wonderful location close to the town center and has been nicely upgraded. The check in was easy as well. It has all the amenities listed with some nice personal touches. Thank you for providing snacks, wine,bottled water, etc.! We will definitely consider this property again.

The townhouse was amazing. The check in was seamless and the birthday card was a lovely touch. The food and drinks provided were above and beyond what you would normally expect. We had no issues with AC, water or WiFi which are the normal problems!Perfect location and amazing quality for money. It couldn’t have gone any better

We had a wonderful time; the property is right in the beautiful centre of Pollença and near everything you might need, restaurants, shops, etc. The townhouse has a garage on the ground floor which is ideal for storing your bicycles (not for a car).

Great central location in Pollensa which is a beautiful town full of character and charm. Jimmy’s Place just around the corner and just off the busy squares was our favourite haunt for coffees and cocktails. Their Argentine-influenced tapas issuperb!

Fantastic location! We loved our stay in the heart of Pollensa. We enjoyed browsing the lovely shops, having a refreshing drink in the square and generally feeling part of the community. Pollensa is a great place for dinners and evening drinks. Thesquare is lovely for children to run around in during the evening. The townhouse was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay with Prestige Villas was very enjoyable. Upon arriving, we found a few thoughtful gifts in the living room. The place was clean, spacious and calm. the only issue was parking as Pollensa roads are really small. We had to park a bit farther.

We were delighted with our Pollenca apartment. The location was perfect; restaurants, bars and shops all within a very short walk. The presentation of the accommodation was immaculate and communication with the staff at Prestige Villas was veryfriendly and efficient. All in all a top notch visit and we will certainly be back!

Wonderful house, perfect location for us to go cycling in the mountains, nip to a restaurant and be in the heart of Pollensa while being away from the noise. We had a fantastic stay at Eu Forat. The house is newly renovated, immaculate, and had everything one needs for a glorious vacation in Pollensa. The location is perfect since you are in the middle of Old Town Pollensa. The main square is aone-minute walk from the villa so, if your tote bags are loaded down from the popular Sunday market, you can drop off your purchases at the house and get back to shopping more, eating delicious food, drinking Café con leche or wine, or wandering in Pollensa. We have been to Pollensa multiple times so know that parking and driving on the narrow streets can be daunting. The team at Prestige Villas had also prepared us for that experience, so we left the car at the open (free) car park and carried our belongings to the house (5 minutes). Once you are at the property, you can walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets for basic items and more. They left us a lovely welcome basket and a personalised letter as well as an information packet on Polle
