Can Barbas - Familenvilla mit privatem Pool, Whirlpool in Strandnähe

We had a great stay at the villa, bigger than it looked in the pictures. Hot-tub complemented the pool very well given we were late in the season and a large and modern kitchen (with gas!) was an unexpected bonus. Walking distance to the beach and a very nice quiet neighbourhood. Prestige Villa's service was also excellent.

Fantastic house in a wonderful location!

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to the beach, but just set back enough that it quiet at night. The pool and hot tub were great, and there was enough of a grassy space for us to play othe games. The communication was friendly and helpful, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. A small shop was close by and it wasn't far to a bigger supermarket. We would definitely recommend it.

Lovely house and lovely hosts. It was setup perfect for our needs, had great facilities. The house is close to town centre and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Villa Can Barbas for the third week of September. The villa was clean and spacious both inside and out. The weather was good so we were in the large pool and jacuzzi every day. The villa was very well equipped with everything you wouldneed for your stay. Prestige Villas and our rep Anja were very helpful,she even brought some toys for the kids.The only very tiny negatives were a blocked toilet by the pool (no problem because we had four others) and low water pressure in one of the basins. We all enjoyed the villa and holiday very much and would recommend Villa Can Barbas and Prestige Villas to everyone. P.S. A shopping trolley would be a useful addition for those not wanting to hire a car.Also the welcome pack was a nice surprise and the water filter tap worth its weight in gold. Brian

Just a fantastic Villa and great location and could not ask for anymore as very well laid out and has everything needed for a perfect family holiday with friends. Anja and Ana could not haven been more helpful and attentive. We waited 2 years forthis holiday and the Villa did not disappoint.

Children were amazed as the dated play station which was wired rather than wireless. The pool and hot tub were excellent as was the new water filter tap in the kitchen.

My family enjoyed their stay. What might be useful is a layout plan of the accommodation so you can plan ahead where people will sleep etc. When we had a problem it was quickly and efficiently resolved which was impressive in my view.

This is a fantastic Villa with everything you could need. 10 minutes walk to beach and 20 minutes to the centre of town. The team at Prestige were very helpful and responsive with a couple of queries we had. Thanks

Perfect villa, great service from professional host!

Been here for the third time now, two families each time. The big bonus here is the outdoor area with the two pools and dining areas, as well as the location. A quite and nice area with 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

The house is very nicely located in a quiet area, only 10-12 min from the beach. Lovely with both jacuzzi and pool for variety. Well equipped house with everything you need for a family plus more.

This is the second holiday we have had at C'An Barbas villa and, like the first time, it was all good. There were one or two arisings that required attention, but the Prestige team were quick to address these and did their upmost to ensure thingswere rectified to our satisfaction. Our 2021 stay was a postponement from a booking in 2020 due to the pandemic. The management of this delay, as well as keeping in touch with travel and covid restrictions through the year was exemplary through Josep Sebastian. I cannot think of a better company through which to arrange accommodation. Highly recommended.

We booked literally as Mallorca ‘turned green’ for UK to travel. Villa was fabulous, booking was a dream with any queries answered almost instantly and Prestige keeping in touch with us and assisting in the booking antigen tests before ourdeparture. 8 of us aged from 18-50+ all enjoyed the villa it’s superb pool and large outdoor space ☺️

Can Barbas villa was fantastic. We stayed there with our adult children and partners, 7 of us in all, and loved it. Very spacious, clean, well equipped with a fantastic pool, different places for eating outside, and a well stocked convenience shopjust round the corner. The beach was about 12 minutes walk and the port about 20, depending on speed!! Prestige Villas were very efficient. We had a couple of minor issues which they sorted out immediately. Would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic week at Can Barbas. This was our second time at this villa, having previously visited around 5 years ago. The location is superb, 5 min walk to the beach and 10 mins from the marina. The villa itself is secluded and notoverlooked, with ample grounds and a good sized pool/terrace. Layout worked well for the 3 couples we had during our stay. The only feedback I'd give on improvements is the water pressure in the showers. As previous guests have commented, it's almost non existent in the bathrooms. But other than that, we can fully recommend this villa and the service from Prestige Villas.

We were a family of parents, children and grandparents looking for a spacious villa with good facilities, a pool and close enough to the centre of Puerto de Pollensa to enable us to walk to the beach and restaurants. Can Barbas met these needs fullyand had the benefit of a relatively quiet neighbourhood and was well screened off for privacy. The pool was a good size and enjoyed the sun throughout the day. There were three separate dining areas outside, so sun or shade was available at any time. Also outside was a Jacuzzi, shower as well as shower room and toilet accessible from outside – all very nice facilities and convenient. There was plenty of space for sunbathing on the eight sunbeds or on the spacious grassed or patio areas. The villa was spaciously laid out internally with a well equipped kitchen, two dining areas, lounge and sun room. Bedrooms were spacious, air conditioned and had their own toilet and shower. Great villa with plenty of space and beautiful pool/gardens. Easy walk to the beach/town, or if you are feeling lazy you can drive 2 minutes and park easily for free. Rental manager very friendly and helpful No negative comments.

Where do I start? We have just had the most incredible week at Can Barbas! Hosts - Prestige Villas were absolutely outstanding and all lovely people to deal with. They could not do enough for us, giving me brilliant restaurant recommendations for mydaughter’s birthday, visiting us on our first day and even leaving a lovely birthday gift and card for my daughter! Villa - the villa is beautiful, with plenty of space for two families to share. Everything was spotlessly clean, with L’Occitane toiletries in the bathrooms. The pool was very clean (albeit chilly in April) and the hot tub was great fun for all. The sunbeds were plentiful and comfortable and there are lots of different tables for eating at different times of the day. The Apple TV was extremely useful to play music. We recently visited Can Barbas with my family, including 5 children ranging from 12 years old to 3 months old, it was just perfect! The facilities are just brilliant! The kitchen, dining room & lounge is big enough to accommodate us allcomfortably, the bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious, clean & modern. The outside area is amazing including pool, hot tub & massive areas for the kids to play. Walking distance to the square & the beach, where everything is going on! Would highly recommend & will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a lovely trip staying at Can Barbas over New Year. The house and outside space was beautiful. We were a family group with children, and even at this time of year, we made great use of the beautiful outside space. The facilities atthe house were brilliant and wide-ranging, and the pool area and outside space were perfect for a large family. We also walked to the centre of Port de Pollença several times and found the house was in a great location for accessing local amenities. Would recommend and will definitely return.

This is our second trip to this villa, with 7 adults. It is very spacious and well decorated throughout, and has all the accessories you need. Large pool towels as well as bathroom towels are provided, and the little extras like the hand cleaners inthe bathrooms and the welcome pack are very useful and appreciate. Grounds are extremely well maintained, and cleaners come in once a week. We love the fact there are books to read and also games to play, we spent many an evening with these. The sun loungers are very comfortable, and the pool is a very good size although obviously this time of year it is quite cool. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, on flat surfaces so suitable for all ages. Area is very quite around the villa but there are plenty of places nearby to go and eat or drink. This year we had a challenge with no hot tub due to a fault, and this is the only reason for the 4 star as this was one of our key requirements. However the staff we really helpful in trying to

Pictures are a very good representation of the property. Very spacious and homely, modern too in very good condition. Loads of kitchen equipment and towels for inside and by the pool. The location of this house was excellent for us, four adults and five kids. In walking distance to local shop and pub (4mins) walking distance to the beach and all other eateries etc (10mins) I couldn't fault the house in any way, it was amazingas were the outdoor facilities. The pictures are a true reflection of what you will find. We never had the need to sit inside but if you did you would find a variety of things to do with plenty of home comforts. Jane who manages this house though Prestige Villas was fantastic and had a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Very pleasant and friendly individuals.

Fantastic villa for eight of us (all adults). Best features were the swimming pool, the fact that there were plenty of places to sit/eat in the shade at all times, AC in all bedrooms and a lovely layout. The only slight downside was the fact that asthis is a purely rental villa some of the things that we take for granted in our own homes for cooking were a little broken and needed an overhaul. Nevertheless, this is a small criticism as we would happily return! Having said this, Prestige Villas were probably the best rental agents we have come across, and I can not praise them enough for organising some important things for our visit.

Thank you Prestige villas for an unforgettable holiday, never been away for Christmas and New Year before, we will undoubtedly be repeating. The villa was spacious and very comfortable with excellent outdoor space and facilities loved the hot tub.Location was great to take advantage of shops with only a 5-minute walk to beaches; the family maintained the ritual of a New Year's Day dip in the sea. Walk to the square from the house is around 10 to 15 mins. We will be back!

Great villa, great hosts. We were two families living in this house for a week. Very clean and very nicely prepared by the hosts with some cookies, etc. Really great pool area with a pizza oven, barbeque, etc.

Can Barbas was exactly what it said on the web. Welcome pack of local produce was a nice unexpected touch. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, and they had someone round to fix it early the next day. Outstanding service and will use again as it isperfect for a larger group or two of families.

Stayed for two weeks in Can Barbas for a special birthday with our two sons and their partners. The villa is in an excellent location for shops, beach and restaurants, simple 10 min walk to town or 2 minutes to local facilities. Highly recommendStefano's restaurant just around the corner from the Villa for a great meal. The jacuzzi was well used as was table tennis. There were loads of inflatables for the big kids to play with as well. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and helpful to see everyday items left from previous guests for us to use. Well equipped kitchen, laundry etc. We have been to Puerto Pollensa many times and usually stay in Llenaire but enjoyed Gotmar, staying in a tranquil area yet being so much nearer to the Port. All in all a delightful stay

Booked this for a family get together and what a place. Not overlooked by anyone yet close to everything. The villa itself is outstanding; my 30-year-old son kept saying it was like being at the judges' house in X Factor. It has everything you couldask for, and I can't recommend it enough.

We stayed here as a family in May 2015. The property is immaculate and comfortable with everything you would need for a family with children. The pool area is excellent with fantastic amenities; the outside bathroom is convenient. The location isexcellent too as it is just a short walk into Puerto Pollensa town and the beach. It's also handy for the main roads by car. The company that manages the property are accommodating and provide useful info on the area and are on hand to deal with any problems. Overall I would recommend this place and the management company.
