The grand estate Pedruxella is new to Prestige Villas books this year and what a magical place it is. Driving up the windy road to reach the property was incredible in itself, the views we saw from every bend were like no other and we were all excited to see what vistas were awaiting us at the top. I can honestly say we weren't disappointed. What a fantastic setting sitting proud on the hilltop.
This was just the drive up
Incredible views, don't you think?
The Pedruxella Estate has a long history with the previous owners working the land and grinding olive oil. Nowadays the impressive mill is used just once a year for more celebratory matters rather than to produce a good olive oil. None the less, it's not your average villa feature.
The impressive property can host twelve guests and offers a tranquil haven from the hustle and bustle of town life in Pollença. The villa retains original features and has been sympathetically renovated preserving original fireplaces, beams, stone and feeling of a Mallorcan home. With stunning picture windows in the living room, if you're not enjoying the views from outside, you can still sample the magnificent mountains from the comfort of the living room looking out across the green hills.
One of the many beautiful bedrooms
The property itself has vast land that comes in tow, including terraces with olive trees and an oak forrest. The property is ideally suited to offer the plants enough sun during the peak months but also a relieving sea breeze, keeping the place cool. You can witness undisturbed views of the Vall d'en March and Puig Tomir.
That's Pedruxella there, looking rather belittled by the mountain behind
The bedroom layout spans across six bedrooms, with almost all of them having their own en-suite bathroom. With beautiful reception rooms and a fantastic family kitchen, spending time indoors making memories by the breakfast table is a holiday essential, as well as exploring the beautiful patios and grounds. For those who love nature, peace, quiet and tranquility this is your idyllic spot in North Mallorca.

Your first welcome into Pedruxella's interior (sort of)
This is the more modest patio, the 'workers patio' with access to the Moorish tower
I can really imagine a yoga retreat loving this place, doing their practice out on the lawn with the morning sunrise ahead of them. The property also offers itself as a stunning location for a wedding and one like no other, I can imagine.
Sunrise yoga, anyone?
The property can be found on our website: Pedruxella with prices starting from 6,600 Euros per week.
