Who must submit this information?

The legal responsibility to file always lies with the property owner, i.e., the NRUA holder.

Management companies and marketing agencies (including Prestige Villas) are not the legally responsible party, but we play a key role by providing the activity data needed so that owners can submit the filing correctly and on time.

Submission period

The filing must be submitted every year within the following window:

• From 1 February to 2 March

It refers to activity carried out during the previous calendar year.

What information is required?

The official form is simpler than it may appear. It requests annual aggregated activity data per NRUA, including:

• Type/purpose of the short-term let (tourist, work-related, studies, medical, etc.)
• Total number of guests accommodated during the year
• Activity start date during the year
• Activity end date during the year (if applicable)
• A “no activity” indication if the property had no lets during the year

• Guests’ personal data
